O café da manhã é OK, tem opções variadas e em boa quantidade. Entretanto, senti falta de um café coado, as opções disponíveis são apenas de café de máquina que já vem extremamente adoçado.

The room is bigger than normal, which makes the difference, especially when you have many luggage’s ( my case), clean and comfortable, all good.

They tried to charge 2x in my card, which almost got blocked. But I managed to pay in the property via “debit”; staff are nice but they aren't warm, serious and don't smile - except cleaner and breakf...

The rooms were extremely comfortable and huge, everything refurbished and in a very pleasant location.

Great customer service! In particular, Emerson (the manager of the hotel) was a great guy who I enjoyed working with! I'd recommend anyone to go there and talk with him.

The location is close to the continent and easy to get the BR101. I recommend it for people like us that choose Florianopolis as a place to rest and get back to the rod next day.

There was a mistake. I understood the breakfast was included. However it wasn't. Fortunatelly my children were charged half price. Everything else were fine.
